Check the shift selector located on the side of the transmission,the truck won't crank if it doesn't know what gear it's in,since it will only crank in neutral or park. Shop says it's not the battery. Reasons for indicator not working on one side:
T4 Check Circuit 763 (Og/Wh) For Open.
Check this light bulb from amazon. Check the p (park) indicator lamp. Make sure you press it all the way down.
